Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced RV Technician to join our team. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles. This is a full-time position located at our dealership in Clinton Missouri.

Responsibilities:
- Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues with RV systems and components
- Repair and replace faulty parts and components
- Maintain and service RVs to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Test and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Assemble, install, and repair various RV components
- Conduct routine maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an RV Technician or in a similar role ideal
- Strong mechanical knowledge of RV systems and components
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Skilled in soldering and electrical wiring
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues accurately
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed
